I have had my new closets for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love them! I had 4 bedrooms (including a walk-in primary closet), mudroom and a Murphy bed installed. I worked with Charles to get the design exactly as desired and was able to make changes along the way. Charles and team were highly professional and responsive and had great ideas for really weird, small spaces and slanted ceilings. Charles was also forthright when custom carpentry or an even cheaper solution was the right path rather than continue to upsell, which I appreciated. The materials are designed in such a way that after installation, I was able to move rods and shelves around to even further customize for what I need and how I live. The installation team was incredible and were in and out in one long day. The Murphy bed was a game changer that morphed a playspace/office into now additional guest quarters! I love it! Looks like a custom cabinet in the wall. The Tailored Closet was the most reasonable of the companies that quoted me and I love to support a local business and young family. Highly recommend!
