The Tailored Closet serving Central New Jersey is independently owned and operated. That means when you choose to work with us, you are working directly with the experts. Our proprietary 3-D design software will let you see what your storage solution will look like before you sign anything. We do it all for you: Measuring, Design, Ordering, Tear Down, Installation and Clean Up. We’ll work closely with you to be sure your interior space or garage turns out exactly the way you want it.

I met Tom Columbia at the NJ Home Show in Somerset. I was looking for a closet company to build a closet system for my in-laws, who had recently moved in with us and for whom we had built a large walk-in closet. I was impressed at how instead of a hard sell, he was genuinely interested in giving me what would best suit our needs, no more, no less. Throughout the process Tom was very responsive to calls and emails. I would recommend him as a professional who won't give you headaches with last-minute changes and excuses. We had a simple, one-day job and he didn't try to make like it was brain surgery - built it exactly like we wanted it and was done. If you have considered trying to go it alone with components from Ikea or Home Depot, or gotten lost in the options looking at stuff like California Closets, forget it. I would recommend The Tailored Closet without reservation.
